PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING NOTICE

At SAFYA, while we accompany you on your journey toward healthier living, we place the highest importance on the security and privacy of your personal data. Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “KVKK” / Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), as data controller we process the personal data of our valued website visitors and customers within the scope described below.

1. Data Controller

Your data is processed by SAFYA, as data controller, in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK.

2. Personal Data We Process

Through your use of our website, your purchases, and contact forms, the following data may be processed:

  • Identity information: Your first name and last name.

  • Contact information: Your email address, phone number, and delivery and billing addresses.

  • Customer transaction information: Your order history, SAFYA products purchased (Original, Kids, Sportive, etc.), cart details, and invoice and payment information (via payment infrastructure providers).

  • Transaction security information: Your IP address, website login/logout logs, and cookie information.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The personal data we collect is processed, within the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the following purposes:

  • Carrying out the sale, invoicing, and delivery of our products (SAFYA Original, Kids, Sportive, etc.).

  • Communicating with you about your orders and providing after-sales support.

  • Reviewing and responding to questions, requests, and complaints submitted through our website.

  • Fulfilling our legal obligations arising from applicable legislation.

  • Where you have given explicit consent: Sending newsletters and commercial electronic messages about news from the SAFYA world, campaigns, and healthy living tips.

4. Transfer of Processed Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, within legal limits and for the purposes stated above:

  • To courier and logistics companies so that packages for your orders can be delivered,

  • To contracted payment institutions so that payments can be collected securely,

  • To our server and infrastructure providers for the provision of our information technology infrastructure,

  • To authorized public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill legal obligations.

5. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected wholly or partly by automated means when you visit the SAFYA website, create an account, make a purchase, or fill out a contact form. Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the legal grounds of “establishment and performance of a contract,” “the data controller’s legal obligation,” and “the data controller’s legitimate interests, provided that they do not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.” Marketing and newsletter communications are based entirely on your explicit consent.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to SAFYA to exercise the following rights:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

  • Request information if it has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,

  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad,

  • Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,

  • Request deletion or destruction within the conditions provided under KVKK legislation,

  • Request that correction, deletion, and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,

  • Object to a result against you arising from analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,

  • Request compensation for damage if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.
